I'm a creative looking to collaborate with other creatives.

I am happy to help with line and copy editing for essays, grad school papers, fiction and nonfiction short stories, and manuscripts.
I won't tear your story apart, judge you harshly, or hurt your feelings. Criticism is necessary for improvement, but it doesn't have to hurt.

I'm a B.S. Belmont University honors graduate specializing in book editing. I most enjoy copy and line editing short stories and fiction manuscripts. That's right, I'm a grammar nerd. I'm the type of person who used to correct others' grammar on text messages.
I also like to do all kinds of art. Drawing, painting, working with clay, book covers, and the like. I'm interested in learning digital art and will probably start teaching myself soon. Don't count me in for abstraction, though.
I am a self-taught artist, and I didn't take any studio classes until I got to college. It has been an incredible journey to feel my confidence grow as I work and to see that reflection in the artwork. I don't accept anything less than excellence (not perfection) of myself in my art or anything else I do, but I AM accepting clients for commissioned work at this time! I pride myself on and value my drive, organization, time management, and attention to detail.
My creativity is not limited to studio art. I have written many personal essays and part of a fiction manuscript. I excel at coming up with creative solutions, which can be beneficial to any company or situation.
I've completed two internships with publishing companies as well as taken courses like publishing process, copyediting, fiction editing, media writing, nonfiction & technical writing/editing, and more.
